Most ICATT sites closed Thursday

SANTA FE – The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) would like to inform the public of cancellations and delays due to snow and unfavorable weather statewide. Most ICATT COVID-19 drive up testing sites and many vaccination events will experience abbreviated schedules due to inclement weather.

The following ICATT testing locations report as follows for today, Thursday, February 3:

EXPO NM:

  • Closed all day

Santa Fe Fair Grounds:

  • Closed all day

LCPS Field of Dreams:

  • Closed all day

Lea County Event Center:

  • OPEN 8:30- 5pm

Adjustments were also made to various FEMA Bus vaccination sites due to weather and in coordination with the county Emergency Managers. For both Canceled and Delayed events, adjustments are reflected on our website and clients have been informed. Weather will continue to be monitored. Please check www.cv.nmhealth.org and www.nmhealth.org websites for ongoing updates.

In partnership with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Increasing Community Access to Testing (ICATT) program offers free PCR testing for drive-up participants free of charge, 6 days a week until February 21st.

To participate in drive-up COVID testing, people must register prior to the event. Same-Day registration and appointment assistance will be available at the testing sites.

  1. Southwest: LCPS Field of Dreams, West parking lot
  2. Southeast: Lea County Event Center
